1. Who we are

This website, aagamstuti.com, is run by Aagam Stuti Enterprises ("AagamStuti", "we", "us"), Bhagwan Mahaveer Marg, Jansath Road, Khatauli, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh 251201, India. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products and photos

We sell brass idols, diyas, bells, shankh, malas, copper items and other pooja essentials. Each piece is finished by hand, so shade, weight and finish can differ a little from the photos. The material and size are stated on each product page, and the stated size is the one to go by. Brass and copper darken naturally with time, which is not a defect.

3. Prices

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is shown separately at checkout and is free on orders of Rs. 299 and above. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place an order is the price you pay. If we find an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and give you the choice to confirm the order at the right price or cancel it for a full refund. Some items show "Price on request" instead of a price; please message us for a quote.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address, and we will refund anything you have paid.

5. Payment

Payment options are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and we do not see or store your card or UPI details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

We deliver within India only. Delivery, returns, cancellations and refunds are explained in our shipping policy and our refund and return policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Using the site

Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break into it, interfere with it, or copy its photos, text or design for another shop without asking us. The photos, text and design on this site belong to AagamStuti or its owners.

8. Our responsibility

We take care to describe every piece accurately, but pooja items are traditional and handmade and small variations are normal. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are covered by the terms that applied when you placed them.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.
