Refund and return policy

Every piece at AagamStuti is checked and packed by hand before it leaves us. If something is not right when it reaches you, tell us and we will put it right. This policy explains how.
If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 93586 85800 or write to support@aagamstuti.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please send your order number and clear photos of the parcel and of the piece. If you can, record a short video while opening the parcel; it helps us settle the matter with the courier faster.
Once we have seen the photos we will either send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. We pay for the return pickup or shipping where a return is needed. Replacements depend on stock; if the piece is no longer available, we will refund you.
If you changed your mind
You can ask to return a piece within 7 days of delivery. To be accepted, it must be unused, with no oil, ghee, incense, kumkum, polish or marks on it, and in its original packing. Please write to us first with your order number. We will approve the return and tell you how to send it back.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
What cannot be returned
- Made-to-order or personalised pieces, unless they arrive damaged or not as ordered
- Consumables such as kapoor, incense, ghee, sindoor, roli, wicks and similar items
- Pieces that have been used, washed, polished or altered after delivery
- Pieces sent back without our approval
Handmade pieces and natural ageing
Each piece is finished by hand, so shade, weight and finish can differ a little from the photos. Brass and copper also darken slowly with time, heat and the oils on your hands. This is natural. Neither is a fault, and neither is a reason for a refund. Our care guide explains how to bring back the shine.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or write to support@aagamstuti.com with your order number, and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Once a parcel has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may still use the return rules above.
How refunds work
After the returned piece reaches us and has been checked, we refund the amount you paid for it to your original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit. If a piece was damaged, wrong, or the return is our error, we also refund the shipping you paid.
