Dispatch and delivery time

You can place an order at any time. We pack and dispatch it on the same working day or the next working day, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch. Remote areas, hill regions and festival weeks can take longer. On any product page you can enter your pincode to see an expected delivery date. This date is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Packing

Every piece is wrapped in soft cloth and packed with extra padding for fragile items, so that it reaches you safely.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, the tracking details are sent to the email address you gave at checkout.

If your parcel arrives damaged

Please take a photo of the parcel and the piece, and message us on WhatsApp at +91 93586 85800 or write to support@aagamstuti.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. If you can, record a short video while opening the parcel. We will replace the piece or refund you. Our refund and return policy has the full details.

If delivery is not possible

If the courier cannot deliver because the address is wrong or incomplete, or because nobody could receive the parcel, it may come back to us. We will contact you to arrange another delivery. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.
